I am a professional, experienced birth doula, lactation counselor & childbirth educator. I have have assisted over two hundred thirty women and their respective partners in birth.  My training was earned through many continuing local and national education programs, including A.L.A.C.E. (Association of Labor Assistants & Childbirth Educators) & DONA (Doulas of North America International). Before I began my career in labor support, I served as a breastfeeding counselor at a local WIC clinic.

It is my intention to honor your unique childbirth experience.  As a member of your labor support team, I draw on your desires along with my intuition and experience to provide physical, emotional and educational support for the birth of your baby.
